SA Team Selection 2026

 SOUTH AFRICAN TEAM SELECTION

All lifters who qualified to compete in one of the remaining International Powerlifting and Bench Press Championships in 2026, are requested to complete the form below as soon as the teams have been announced.  Bench Press teams should please submit their forms asap - you may submit further forms once the Powerlifting teams have been announced.

Electronically complete, sign and have ready for upload the IPF Consent Form. (Click here to download and complete the Online IPF Consent Form).

Check the applicable Teams you would like to take part in. Only choose events where you have qualified for selection.
